If I already know how to count macros, will MACROS 101 be beneficial?

I know the "101" in MACROS 101 makes it sound like only a program for beginners, however that's not the case.

Yes, I will teach you HOW to count macros, but that's actually a very small part of the program because the truth is knowing how to do something, and doing it consistently...well, they aren't the same things.

If you haven't been able to get the results you want yet, that's likely because you aren't optimally wielding the tool of macro counting for your body, goals, and lifestyle.

How involved will you be as the program leader?

Listen, I get it! This all looks great, but while it's obvious MACROS 101 can help others reach their goals, you aren't sure if it's going to work for you. Let's break down who will thrive in MACROS 101:

  • You have a diagnosed eating disorder. I am not trained to treat or coach any woman struggling with an eating disorder. If that is you, I highly suggest seeking out an eating disorder specialist.
  • You aren't willing to spend 20 minutes per day taking action. Transformation doesn't take a lot of time, but it does take more than zero minutes per day. If you aren't willing to dedicate 20 minutes a day to make a significant difference in your fitness journey, MACROS 101 isn't for you. I'm not selling magic pills.
  • You're not coachable. As a coach my job isn't to just answer your questions, it's to help you ask better questions so you can break out of what's comfortable and rise to your potential. The best students are those who come with an open mind and are willing to remain coachable.
  • You're only looking for fast weight loss. If you want to lose 30 pounds in a month, I'm not your girl. My focus is to get you sustainable FAT loss (not just WEIGHT loss) in the most enjoyable way possible. That means you can expect a weight loss rate of about 0.5 - 2 pounds per week. However, once that weight is gone, it's gone. This is the LAST time you will have to lose the weight. 
  • You expect a lot of hand-holding. I love you and am committed to your success, but I can't do the work for you. I've created MACROS 101 to set you up for success by including opportunities for accountability and fun with group challenges.
