FAQ About the 5-Days To A Fitter You Challenge:


#1 How does this challenge work? Is it really free?

So glad you asked! Yes, it really is 100% free!

Once you get registered by clicking the link below, you will be sent a confirmation email with more detailed information, important links, etc. But the basic outline is:

  • Every morning for 5 days, starting Monday, August 23rd, you will be sent an email with a simple assignment specifically selected to move you move closer to your personal physical goals.
  • During the challenge you receive daily LIVE training from Coach Amber inside our private Facebook group (don't have Facebook? No worries, check out Question #2 below!)
  • Have FUN in a community that is all about taking action. Between our daily prizes, interactive BINGO game, and community of women cheering each other on you'll not only see results ... you'll also have a good time doing it.

#2 What if I don't have/like Facebook? Will I be able to watch Amber's daily live trainings?

No worries! All of the daily LIVES are hosted on Facebook, HOWEVER, we also have an "All Access Page" (you'll gain access to it once you register for the challenge) which will have all the replays uploaded daily along with other helpful links.

Also, you could consider creating a Facebook profile (even with a different name and generic picture) so you can participate in the community and fun, then they delete it after the challenge is over.

All this to say while you 100% do NOT need Facebook to participate in the challenge, our community is pretty bomb and allows you to surround yourself is with like-minded women who are as committed to their goals as you.


#3 Is this challenge for me?

HECK YES!!!!

If you have a physical goal that you just haven't been able to meet yet... then this challenge is for you.

#4 What if I can't make it to the daily trainings?

We know that you are busy! It would be crazy to require, or even assume, that our participants could attend every single LIVE ... live. That's why we have a few measures in place to make sure you have access to ALL the material.

  • If you have access to Facebook, you'll always be able to catch the replay there! As well as attending the afternoon Watch party!
  • No Facebook? No problem. We have an all-access page where we will be uploading all the replays throughout the week so you never miss a beat.
